POWER Library has initiated a pilot project to make OverDrive/Libby available! All Pennsylvanians now have FREE access to downloadable e-books and audiobooks through OverDrive/Libby. You can enjoy titles on your smartphone, tablet, e-reader, PC, or Mac. Please read the information below for accessing the collections.

How to Access
POWER Library collections in OverDrive are available with either:

• Your local public library card, or
• An E-Card issued by POWER Library (Do I need an E-Card to access OverDrive/Libby?)

Using a Web Browser

1. Select Access Now
2. Select Sign In
3. Search/select for your library. (If using an E-Card, search/select POWER Library as your library.)
4. Enter the requested credential(s)
   

Using the Libby App

1. Select Add Library
2. Search for POWER Library
3. Enter the requested credential(s)

IMPORTANT FOR E-CARD USERS
Unlike other POWER Library E-Resources, OverDrive/Libby requires a PIN to access the e-books and audiobooks. To create your PIN, submit your request here.
